User Agreement
This User Agreement governs all access and usage behaviors of the Virohair application for all individual users. By opening, accessing and using all functional modules of Virohair, users fully confirm to accept and abide by all terms stipulated in this agreement. Virohair is a professional local ai hairstyle preview application that focuses on providing users with personalized hairstyle and hair color simulation effects for daily style reference.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data.
All content processing operations of Virohair are completed through local ai processing on users’ personal devices. All portrait photos uploaded or captured by users and all newly generated hairstyle preview images are only stored in the local space of users’ devices. The application will not retain any user content permanently. When users actively delete relevant pictures and preview files in the application, all corresponding content will be completely cleared from the local device. Virohair does not obtain, record or store any user facial data in any scenario. Users voluntarily provide portrait photos only for single local generation of hairstyle preview effects. The application does not build any user content database, does not upload any local user content to external platforms, and does not share any user portrait content with any external parties.
Virohair adopts a no account usage mode, and users can directly use all core hairstyle preview functions of the application without registering or logging in to any account. There is no user identity information system in the application, and users do not need to provide any personal information during the whole usage process. This usage mode ensures that no user portrait content or facial related information can be associated with individual user identities.
All hairstyle simulation, hair color adjustment and effect comparison functions run independently through local ai processing on the user device. The application only temporarily uses the portrait photos voluntarily provided by users to complete real time hairstyle effect rendering. This local temporary use of pictures is completely different from facial data collection. Virohair does not extract any facial feature information from user uploaded photos, and no facial data will be reserved or recorded after the completion of local generation.
Users have full independent control over all local content generated during the use of the application. All preview files only exist on the user’s local device. Users can delete all original pictures and generated effect pictures at any time, and all content will be completely erased after deletion. No facial data or portrait content will be cached or retained by the application in any form.
Users shall be solely responsible for all portrait photos they choose to upload or capture in Virohair. Users guarantee that all uploaded portrait materials are their own personal photos or are used with the full permission of the relevant personnel. Users shall not use the application to process or disseminate unauthorized third party portrait content.
Virohair only provides local ai processing technical support for hairstyle preview. The application does not collect any user facial data, does not save user portrait content to external spaces, and does not spread any user personal pictures. All improper use risks caused by users’ unauthorized operation or illegal content use shall be borne entirely by the users themselves.
After the local ai processing of user portrait content is completed, the subsequent storage, deletion and use of all generated effect pictures are completely controlled by the user. The application will not actively retain any user content, and there is no automatic backup or data retention mechanism for portrait files and facial related information.
All visual effect generation functions of Virohair rely on offline local ai processing technology on user devices. The application only invokes local algorithms to adjust hairstyle styles, hair colors and hair lengths based on user provided portrait photos, so as to present intuitive before and after comparison effects for users.
The local ai processing process only acts on the picture style rendering of hair parts, and will not identify, analyze or record user facial feature data. Throughout the operation process, Virohair never collects any user facial data, and will not form any facial feature archives or user portrait databases. All processing behaviors are single temporary operations, and no effective data records will be left after the operation ends.
No content processed by local ai will be uploaded out of the user’s device, and no user portrait content will be provided to any external institutions or individuals. Users can repeatedly generate and preview hairstyle effects locally, and each generation operation is independent and will not produce cumulative facial data records.
All original portrait photos uploaded by users and all hairstyle preview images generated by local ai processing belong exclusively to the user. Virohair does not obtain any ownership, use right or dissemination right of user content through functional services.
Users can freely save, view and delete local generated preview pictures for personal style reference. The application does not restrict users’ independent management of local files, and will not actively collect, occupy or use any user portrait content and facial information. No facial data is stored or used for any other purpose beyond user voluntary local preview generation.
Users shall use Virohair in compliance with daily personal use norms, and shall not use the application’s local ai processing function to produce false, misleading, illegal or inappropriate content. Users shall not attempt to crack, modify or reverse engineer the application program to change the local processing rules of content.
Users shall not try to force the application to transmit local portrait content externally or extract potential facial feature information through auxiliary tools. Since Virohair has no facial data collection and storage function at the program level, any improper operation of users will not produce any facial data leakage risk caused by the application itself.
Any improper use behavior that violates public order and good customs or relevant usage norms shall be independently responsible for all consequences by the user. The application does not bear any liability for illegal or improper use behaviors of users.
Virohair provides optional advanced functional subscription services for users, including high precision local ai generation and exclusive hairstyle style preview rights. All subscription payment services are completed through official Apple channels only.
All subscription related billing, payment verification and service validity management are independently completed by official Apple systems. Virohair does not participate in any payment data processing, and does not obtain any user payment related information. The opening and use of subscription functions will not affect the local ai processing rules of user portrait content, and will not trigger any facial data reading or retention behavior.
The subscription service is only used to unlock advanced functional permissions of the application, and has no connection with user portrait content and facial information. All local processing and storage rules of user content remain unchanged whether users open subscription services or not, and Virohair always does not collect any user facial data.
Virohair provides convenient local content management functions for users. Users can check, preview and delete all uploaded original photos and locally generated hairstyle effect pictures in the application at any time. After the user performs the deletion operation, all corresponding files and temporary local processing cache will be completely cleared from the device without any residual content.
The application does not have a background automatic retention function for user content. All portrait content only exists in the user’s active use cycle. Once the user deletes the content or closes the application without saving, all temporary processing data will be automatically cleared. Virohair never retains any user facial data and portrait content in any way.
