Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply to all premium subscription services offered within the Virohair application. All premium functional permissions are activated through official Apple purchase channels, providing users with enhanced local ai hairstyle preview and generation capabilities. Any user who initiates, completes or renews a subscription service within the application is deemed to fully accept and agree to abide by all the terms listed in this document.
All subscription related operations and payment processing are independently managed and executed by official Apple systems. Virohair does not access, process or store any payment related information, and all subscription service activation only unlocks local advanced functional permissions without involving any collection or storage of user personal data and facial data. Consistent with the core rules of the application, Virohair never obtains or retains any user facial data throughout all subscription service scenarios and functional uses.
The Virohair premium subscription service provides users with exclusive advanced features based on local ai processing technology. The available premium services include high resolution local ai hairstyle generation, unlimited hairstyle and hair color style preview access, exclusive trend hairstyle style libraries, and ad free application usage experience. All upgraded functions run entirely through local device algorithms, without any external data transmission or cloud processing behavior.
Subscription permissions only affect the scope and quality of the application’s local preview and generation functions. The activation of subscription services will not change the application’s core privacy rules. All user portrait photos and generated hairstyle preview content are still processed through one time local ai processing and stored only on the user’s local device. Virohair continues not to collect, record or retain any user facial data during the use of premium functions.
All subscription payment transactions, fee settlement, order records and billing management are solely processed by official Apple platforms. Virohair does not support or access any third party payment channels, and all payment behaviors are bound to the official Apple account used by the user. Users confirm that all subscription payment operations shall comply with the relevant usage specifications of official Apple services.
The application does not obtain any payment data, transaction records or account information generated during user subscription purchases. All payment related data is independently maintained by official Apple systems. The opening of subscription services is only associated with the user’s local application functional permissions, and has no connection with any user portrait content, local ai processing records or facial information.
All Virohair subscription products adopt the automatic renewal mechanism supported by official Apple by default. Users can check the current subscription status, turn off automatic renewal, or cancel the ongoing subscription service at any time through the official Apple account management page. The adjustment of subscription status is completely controlled by users on the official Apple management interface.
After the subscription service expires, users will automatically return to the free basic usage mode of Virohair. The basic local ai hairstyle preview functions will still be available normally, while advanced premium functions will be temporarily locked. The expiration or renewal of the subscription will not affect any local file content and local ai processing rules of the application, and Virohair still does not collect any user facial data in any usage state.
All subscription service fees paid by users are non refundable. Once the subscription service is activated and functional permissions are unlocked, no refund application will be accepted for unused service duration or functional permissions. All refund related applications and disputes shall be handled in accordance with the official Apple service rules and settlement standards.
The non refundable rule applies to all subscription types including monthly subscription and annual subscription services. Users are advised to fully confirm the required service type before completing payment. The generation of subscription orders and service activation do not involve any reading or recording of user facial data, and all local privacy protection rules remain effective all the time.
Virohair reserves the right to adjust the content and functional scope of premium subscription services appropriately, including updating hairstyle style libraries, optimizing local ai generation effects and adjusting functional permission rules. All service adjustments will only act on the local functional experience of the application and will not involve any user data collection behavior.
Any adjustment of subscription services will not cause any impact on user local file security and facial data protection. The application always maintains the rule of no facial data collection, no local content uploading and no user content sharing during all service iterations and function adjustments. All user portrait content is still only used for voluntary single local ai generation.
